About Grandview Heights

It was in 1878 that Grandview Heights was first settled in Surrey, BC. It was homesteaded by David Brown near the present day intersection of Highway 15 and 16th Ave believe it or not. Once Highway 15 was completed the logging community that had formed it began to disperse.
